Cactus 29 is a desert oasis perfectly located in Twentynine Palms, 10 min from the Joshua Tree National Park north entrance, 10 min from base and is the perfect escape for a couple, family or small group of friends. The home features a private, fully fenced in backyard with patio deck and blackout curtains throughout the bedrooms and living room area. The neighborhood is quiet and the backyard patio offers cornhole boards, horseshoe pit, BBQ Grill, Fire Pit and hammocks or picnic table underneath the lit patio to enjoy the stars. The kitchen and living room have an open layout for a clear view to entertain and interact with your guests. There are 2 full bathrooms, one off of the living room, the other in the Master Bedroom. Master Bedroom - Queen bed, w/ full bathroom, ceiling fan, bedside USB ports, private access to the outdoor patio. Yoga mats and weights located in the closet for easy access to take to the patio deck or backyard cement pad. Guest Bedroom - Queen bed w/ dresser and TV w/streaming services. Kitchen – The fully-equipped kitchen has everything you need including fridge, gas stove, microwave, dishwasher and Keurig. Enjoy complimentary coffee or Tea from our Keurig, the kitchen comes fully stocked with pots, pans, silverware, bowls, knives, measuring cups, misc. kitchen utensils, baking sheets and more for 6 guests! Enjoy your meals at the breakfast bar or dining table. Living room - Beautifully decorated with custom artwork from Central America and offering a large seating area for everyone to enjoy. Choose between the couch and love seat which seat 5 around the coffee table. Stools are also accessible from the breakfast bar. Need a desk? Pull up the coffee table and the table top converts into a desk. Living Room has a 55” Samsung Smart TV to enjoy digital TV or access streaming accounts like Hulu or Netflix. Master Bathroom – Towels, shampoo/conditioner/body wash, makeup remover wipes and hair dryer. Living Room Bathroom - Towels, shampoo/conditioner/body wash, makeup remover wipes and first aid kit. Outside/Patio- Wooden Deck has outdoor furniture under the Patio with String Lights controlled by Alexa smart devices. Want to enjoy lunch under the stars? We have a full size picnic table next to two hammock stands which are prefect for stargazing. Outdoor rain shower is directly in front of the 6-person hot tub. Lastly enjoy the propane grill and make a delicious outdoor meal. Garage – Enjoy the ability to park your car or unload your bags from the comfort of the garage, charge your electric car w/ (Level 2) EV charger, equipped with a washer and dryer. We provide the laundry detergent, dryer sheets, iron and ironing board. 5 minutes to downtown 29 Palms, 10 minutes to Joshua Tree National Park Visitor center and park entrance, 2 minutes to Stater bros, restaurants 2 min away, and hiking trails as close as 1 min away.

Guest agrees to waive any claim whatsoever against Owners or other guests of property for accidents or injury arising from use of the hot tub. Guest agrees that he/she is responsible and liable for any damages that occur to the hot tub through their or their guest's misuse or negligence. Guest also understand that this Release & Waiver of Liability irrevocably and unconditionally releases and holds harmless all releases from any financial or other liability for any injury, bodily harm, sickness, illness, or loss of life that as a Guest or family member or friend may suffer and from any economic harm or loss of property occurring during, caused by, relating to, or arising in any way out of staying at this rental.
