Bedside USB Ports for easy charging access. Master Bathroom – Fresh towels, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, makeup remover wipes all provided and first aid kit and hair dryer conveniently located under the sink. 1st Guest Bedroom - Queen bedroom with memory foam mattress 42" Samsung Smart TV, nightstands, and the bedside has dual USB outlets. 2nd Guest Bedroom - Queen bedroom with memory foam mattress and nightstands. Bedside has dual USB outlets. Kitchen – The fully-equipped kitchen has everything you need including new gas stove, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator and Keurig, with a sliding door leading to the private patio. Enjoy complimentary coffee or Tea from our Keurig along with bottled water and the kitchen comes fully stocked with pots, pans, silverware, bowls, knives, measuring cups, misc. kitchen utensils, baking sheets and more for 8 guests! Enjoy your meals inside or outside with two dining table options. Living room - Beautifully decorated with custom artwork and offering a large seating area for everyone to enjoy. Choose between the couch and love seat which seat 5 around the coffee table or use any of the three other chairs. Living Room has a 65” Smart TV to enjoy digital TV or access our included streaming accounts like Disney +, Paramount, Hulu, Netflix and Prime Video. Living Room Bathroom - Tub/Shower with fresh towels, shampoo, conditioner, body wash and makeup remover wipes all provided. Backyard/Patio- Outdoor dining table for 8, extra benches throughout, three separate seating areas under the Patio with string lights throughout. Enjoy the propane grill and make a delicious meal. Please be sure your dog is listed in the reservation and ensure you pick up any droppings. Service is monitored and needs access card to turn on the system. --------------------------------------------------------- LAUNDRY: Due to occasional time constraints between guest stays, our cleaning team may leave a load of clean laundry in the dryer. Guest agrees that he/she is responsible and liable for any damages that occur to the hot tub through their or their guest's misuse or negligence. Guest also understand that this Release & Waiver of Liability irrevocably and unconditionally releases and holds harmless all releases from any financial or other liability for any injury, bodily harm, sickness, illness, or loss of life that as a Guest or family member or friend may suffer and from any economic harm or loss of property occurring during, caused by, relating to, or arising in any way out of staying at this rental.
